Usually I associate the Sun with male aspects...I'd more than likely refer to the God Apollo when thinking about the sun. But this time I decided to portray the sun in a female countenance. You may have heard of Amaterasu, the Japanese sun goddess. My portrayal looks NOTHING like her
 In fact I've tried to make her look more Middle Eastern or Moorish than anything else. Still I really love the hair and colors. No crits please! I worked too hard to change anything =] |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
